In the face of a threat too terrible for a single hero, the only solution is to form a team that brings together several members with proven power! Nothing will stand on their way. In this album, Le Faucher, Le Redeemer, Le Pistolero, Miss Spawn and Medieval Spawn join Al Simmons, the title HellSpawn!
Jessica Priest has gone through very painful times in her life. At the head of the Infernal Squad, she seems to have found a sense of her existence and people she can trust... But the team is not what can be called stable. Soul Devourers are back, with their mysterious creator, known as K. Her goal: to destroy the Infernal Squad and become the master of the world!
The members of the Infernal Squad survived the war against the Sin-Dovers, but now the shadow of the traitor who hides among them is coming to life again! The schism between Spawn and the members of the team continues to grow, and just as the tension reaches its peak, a call for help comes... A call that none of them can ignore.
The end of an era and an epic for the Infernal Squad. Sean Lewis - screenwriter alongside Todd McFarlane since the beginning of the series - gives his place to John "Tony Chu, Detective cannibal" Layman. Jessica Priest - alias Miss Spawn - completely rebuilds the team she leads. New members join her Infernal Squad, especially Monolith, whose brutality is not unanimous. However, they will have to get along very quickly if they want to face the Horsemen whose goal remains Armageddon: the end of everything on Earth!
