Al Simmons, a former Special Forces agent murdered by his superiors, returned from the dead in the form of a Hellspawn, a soldier who was charged with leading the infernal hordes against the divine armies during the next Armageddon. The young demon, raised for love for his wife Wanda, discovered the extent of his powers and the responsibilities that he had to bear. However, between him and this lost love, enemies were rising ever more powerful. Spawn, thrown on the roads of the American continent, was now looking for answers to the questions that tormented him. After the success of the two previous volumes, Spawn, the seed of Hell, laid the third paved stone of his long road to redemption. Nearly 300 pages imagined by two legends of the comics: Todd Mc Farlane and Alan Moore.
