The very first Robin, a double agent, a man who made himself pass as dead, but now Dick Grayson is back, and he returns to Gotham under Nightwing's costume! But finding his old life isn't as simple as expected. Especially when he faces the mysterious Court of Hiboux, and that he has only one masked man named Raptor, who looks like an enemy. To get away with it, Nightwing will have to do at least as well as his mentor, if not better.
After facing the darkness of Gotham City on "the night of monsters," Dick Grayson needed a new start and hoped to find him in Blüdhaven. But former opponents have been waiting for his return for a long time. And when a serial killer accuses Nightwing of crimes he did not commit, his only hope is to bind himself to his sworn enemies to make a common front and clean up the city.
Nightwing and Damian Wayne are searching the globe for Dick Grayson's girlfriend, Shawn Tsang, who has just been captured. On their way, the Dynamic Duo crosses the Deathwing road and finds former enemies of their first steps under the identity of Batman and Robin: Professor Pyg and Dr Simon Hurt!
It is now in Blüdhaven that Dick Grayson plays his role as a night vigilante under the Nightwing mask. If he has set himself up to protect the least corners of his new home, he quickly discovers that he walks on the platforms of a certain Blockbuster, who wishes to rid Blüdhaven of his most deadly weapons. Would Dick have found himself a new superpowering ally to help him in his struggle... or does he throw himself into the mouth of the wolf by walking the streets of his new city?
Assassin. Justicier. Mentor. And now Nemesis. Raptor has always been a ruthless fighter, and now that Nightwing has rejected his offer, he will become the worst enemy Dick Grayson ever knew. But by attacking the very city of Blüdhaven and its inhabitants, Raptor must face many more adversaries than expected, including former opponents of Nightwing, who join him in his fight, because the result of this confrontation will decide the future of the city...
