Magie became the Supreme Witch in addition to being queen of Limbes... but watching over Krakoa takes a lot of energy and someone is lorging his throne. While Madelyne Pryor is trying to usurp his place, Illyana finds herself trapped in the Limbes alongside her comrades Mirage and Félina! This volume puts an end to the New Mutants saga in Krakoa's era, with the conclusion of Vita Ayala's stay on the series, and the transition from relay to a new arrival at Marvel. Charlie Jane Anders is interested in a new generation of mutants. One of the very good surprises of the House of X era!
