Volume 1 — Years 2099-2100 (2000 AD progs 02-60)
In February 2017, the British cult magazine 2000 AD and its most popular character, Judge Dredd, will be 40 years old. To celebrate this event, Delirium launches with this first volume a new collection of anthologies that captures the stories of Juudge Dredd in chronological order. With a new and accurate translation in a prestigious format, it will finally be possible to rediscover this ill-known character from his very first hesitant steps to the cult character that he will become under the pen and the trait of iconic authors such as John Wagner and Pat Mills in the script, or Brian Bolland, Mick MacMahon, Carlos Ezquerra, Kevin O'Neill in drawing, to name just a few so impressive the list is!
Volume 2 — Year 2100 (2000 AD progs 61-85)
Sent on a mission across the devastated roads of the United States to carry a life-saving vaccine to the great city of the West Coast, Mega-City 2, Judge Dredd and his crew will face all the remains of the Great Atomic War on their way. Can you imagine a better setting than irradiated land and populated by mutants to afford a good burger with some good GMOs as an accompaniment? Finally, discover in its uncensored version the first large saga of Judge Dredd, The Cursed Earth, as published in 1978 in the pages of British cult magazine 2000AD before being immediately banned from publication.
Volume 3 — Years 2100-2101 (2000 AD progs 86-115)
It is a dark period in Mega-City One's history. The tyrannical Judge Cal (like Caligula), at the head of the dreaded Special Judicial Section, uses all means available to him - pressure, blackmail, or physical elimination of any protest - to seize the title of Supreme Judge! Assisted by an army of alien mercenaries and having appointed his redfish as his right arm, the only creature beyond suspicion in his eyes, he also managed to have Judge Dredd accused of murder to tighten his iron embrace on the city. But Dredd, a refugee in hiding, set up an army of loyal citizens and judges to try to overthrow the mad tyrant... This second great saga by Juudge Dredd explores once again Mega-City One's delusional universe! The tone is now found: action, unbridled SF and caustic humour, the saga of the Judge Cal has since its publication pushed down the nail and helped make Juudge Drredd the leading character of British comics at the edge of the 1980s.
Volume 4 — Years 2100-2101 (2000 AD progs 116-154)
Here is the fourth volume of a long-term editorial project, Les Affaires Classées, which continues to explore in chronological order the British series Judge Dredd.
Volume 5 — Years 2102-2103 (2000 AD progs 156-207)
It takes fifteen years to train a judge. Fifteen years in the toughest school on Earth. Fifteen years of discipline of iron, rigorous self-control, concentrated aggression! When a Judge starts operating in the streets, he is no longer a man, it's a machine!
