Mélusine is a young apprentice witch who divides her time between magic school and her job as an au pair in a Transylvanian castle. Her employers are far from ordinary: the lady of the house is a hot-tempered ghost, her husband is a vampire, and their servant resembles a Frankenstein-like creature. Between spells gone wrong, broomstick flights, unpredictable potions, and encounters with vampires, werewolves, fairies, and other supernatural beings, Mélusine tries to improve her magical abilities while dealing with the absurd situations created by those around her. The series humorously plays with the classic conventions of witchcraft and horror within a lighthearted and parodic fantasy world.
