Troy is a fascinating world, where magic intervenes in the everyday life of all. Everyone has a power, small or large, more or less useful. One has the gift of freezing the water in ice, the other has the power to emit colored farts... Lanfeust, he, knows how to melt the metal with one glance. In his village, he therefore naturally became apprentice in the blacksmith. But the contact of a sword coming from the distant baronies reveals in him an exceptional power; he no longer has a single gift but an absolute and unlimited power. Accompanied by the old wise Nicolede and his two daughters with such dissimilar characters, Lanfeust is carried away in a whirlwind of adventures during which he meets the most incongruous, surprising and dangerous creatures.
