Thanks to the magic beans, our friends managed to get Vegeta back on track, but Cell's honour was severely undermined. Cell is proposing a tournament, the one that will succeed in defeating her will save humanity, but if no one wins the game, Cell gives itself the opportunity to completely destroy the Earth. The stake is therefore considerable.
