After a disastrous intervention by the New Warriors in Stamford results in the deaths of hundreds of civilians, the United States government passes a law requiring superheroes to reveal their identities and register with the authorities. Iron Man supports the measure, believing that oversight is necessary to prevent further tragedies, while Captain America refuses to sacrifice individual freedoms in the name of security. Their disagreement deeply divides the superhero community and turns former allies into enemies. Spider-Man, the Avengers, and many other heroes must choose a side as confrontations escalate and the consequences of the conflict threaten to permanently reshape the Marvel Universe.

Issue 1
When a group of superhero youths acted in a reckless manner and caused hundreds of deaths by accident, the United States responded by enacting the Surhuman Census Act. Iron Man decided to submit to it, but Captain America was firmly opposed to it. These heroes became leaders of two camps that were going to face each other, convinced that each one was in their right right. The outcome of the battle could only be tragic... The best sale of Marvel comics in France! An unwavering story by two ultra talented authors. Mark Millar Ultimates, Kick-Ass or Kingsman and Steve McNiven Old Manan, Nemesis or Wolverine's death were the ones to be told.
